When you submit a Design for us to print or manufacture, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the Design, or
- You have permission or a licence from the rights holder to use it.
You also confirm that using your Design will not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, patent, or other legal rights. If a third party makes a claim that your Design infringes intellectual property rights, we will not be held liable for any damage or legal costs incurred as a result.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the Design may infringe someone else’s rights or breach the law.
We are not required to independently verify that you have the right to use your Design.
Once a Design has been approved and payment has been made for an order, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned for credit.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.
