Front seat covers are certified Deploy Safe®, which means they are manufactured
using a controlled stitching process and a specialised thread that
allows the side seams to split open upon deployment of an airbag.

Rear row seat covers are fully Tailor Made to ensure a
proper fit for your seats. The seat covers will allow full
functionality of all features of your seats where applicable. This can include split-fold seats and backrests, drop-down armrests and drink holders, seat belt cut-outs, latch access points and baby seat anchor points.

If you require access to the ISOFIX baby seat anchor points, please let us know and we will ensure the covers are ISOFIX-compatible before sending your order.

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by us are sold under the original manufacturer’s warranty, terms and conditions. 

All warranties are effective from the date of purchase. 

Warranty does not cover wear and tear. 

If there is a fault with the item that is covered under warranty, you may bring this to our attention and we will contact the supplier for the claim on your behalf. We will assist where possible but in some cases may redirect you to contact the manufacturer directly if it will expedite the required service/s.

For all warranty claims, or any related issues, please message us directly via eBay messages and we will get back to you shortly.

Stock items are usually shipped same day when purchased in the morning, or next day when purchased in the afternoon or evening. Custom orders and tailor made orders that need to be sourced or manufactured will usually be shipped within 10 business days. Please see the estimated delivery dates that are shown on the listing.

We typically send our items via Australia Post, but we may also use couriers depending on parcel size and/or destination. Tracking information will be provided through to you once the item has been shipped.

In line with eBay policies and guidelines, most orders that we post will require a signature on delivery (exceptions apply if the order is posted with a pre-paid service). If you do not want the order to require a signature, please request an authority to leave service (e.g. “please leave at front door”, etc.) when placing your order.

[Please note that once tracking details have been provided, all inquiries regarding the location of your order are to be handled directly by Australia Post (or courier service, where applicable). If a delivery is unclaimed and returned back to us for any reason, all additional postage costs to re-send the order must be paid by the customer.]

Local Pickup is available as an option, and we will provide the pickup address for your order once it is ready for collection. Please note that if you place an order with postage and later decide to collect the order as a Local Pickup (or vice versa), we will need to cancel the order and it must be remade with your desired postage choice.
